Shiitake is a type of edible mushroom native to Asia and now grown and consumed worldwide. It is known for its earthy flavor and meaty texture. Shiitake mushrooms have a distinctive cap shape with a dark brown color and often a lighter edge. They are sold both fresh and dried and are versatile in the kitchen, where they are used in a variety of dishes including stir-fries, soups, sauces and salads.

Dosage & use

Recommended use: TTake 2-3 capsules once or twice per day with water. Preferably during or just after a meal.
