Dosering & gebruik
Recommended use: Scoop half a teaspoon (or 1 gram) of matcha powder into a glass bowl. Break up the powder with a whisk (in Japan, a traditional bamboo whisk is used) to avoid lumps. Add about 80ml of hot water (not boiling!). Whisk the mixture in an M- or W-shape until foam forms. Drink it slowly (but make sure to finish your tea before the powder starts settling at the bottom).
Warning: This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Storage advice: Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
