How to use
Recommended use: Scoop half a teaspoon (or 1 gram) of matcha powder into a glass bowl. Break up the powder with a whisk (in Japan, a traditional bamboo whisk is used) to avoid lumps. Add about 80ml of hot water (not boiling!). Whisk the mixture in an M- or W-shape until foam forms. Drink it slowly (but make sure to finish your tea before the powder starts settling at the bottom).
