Which matcha set suits you?
- White Matcha Set and Black Matcha Set: a bamboo whisk (chasen), a bamboo scoop (chashaku), a ceramic bowl (chawan) and a Japanese whisk holder (chasen naoshi), in a storage box. Choose the set on its own or with two bags of matcha powder.
- Matcha powder with matcha whisk: 2 x 90 grams of organic matcha powder with a bamboo whisk. Handy if you already have a bowl and mainly want to stock up.
- Bamboo matcha whisk: the whisk on its own, handmade from bamboo. For when your old whisk is worn out.

How do you use a matcha whisk?
Put 1 to 2 grams of matcha in the bowl and add a little water of no more than 80 °C, so not boiling. Whisk firmly in an M-shaped motion until a lump-free layer of foam forms. Then add the rest of the water or (plant-based) milk. Rinse the whisk with lukewarm water straight after use and let it dry on the holder. That way it keeps its shape.
Which matcha goes with your set?
