Wat is Himalayazout?

Himalayazout, ook wel roze kristalzout, is een natuurlijk en ongeraffineerd zout dat diep uit de oude zoutlagen van het Himalayagebergte wordt gewonnen.

Waar gebruik je Himalayazout voor?

Gebruik het tijdens het koken of direct over gerechten zoals salades, groenten, vlees, vis of versgebakken brood. Het is ook te gebruiken als badzout.

Zitten er toevoegingen in het Himalayazout?

Nee. Het zout is ongeraffineerd en bevat geen toevoegingen.

Wat is het verschil tussen Keltisch zeezout, Himalayazout en fleur de sel?

Keltisch zeezout komt uit Bretagne en is grijs van kleur door de mineralen in zeewater. Himalayazout is roze kristalzout uit de zoutlagen van het Himalayagebergte. Fleur de sel wordt met de hand geschept in Guérande en heeft een fijne, delicate structuur.
