Rutin is a bioflavonoid, or plant pigment, found in certain fruits and vegetables. This powerful bioflavonoid is related to quercetin and hesperidin. Rutin is naturally found in both citrus and non-citrus fruits, as well as other foods such as buckwheat. Apples are loaded with rutin. Figs and both black and green tea also contain rutin. By using our capsules, you get the pure power of rutin in a convenient and easy to consume form, making it easy to integrate into your daily routine for optimal health benefits.

Dosering & gebruik

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily. Preferably during or immediately after a meal.
