Curcumine is het van nature voorkomende bestanddeel van kurkuma dat de wortel zijn diepgele kleur geeft. Onze capsules bevatten een extract met 95% curcumine.

Wat is het verschil tussen curcumine capsules en kurkuma capsules?

Deze capsules bevatten een geconcentreerd extract met 95% curcumine. Onze Kurkuma met Piperine Capsules bevatten biologische kurkuma in gemalen vorm, dus niet geconcentreerd.

Hoeveel curcumine capsules per dag?

Neem 1 capsule, 1 tot 2 keer per dag met water, bij voorkeur tijdens of net na een maaltijd.

Waarom zit er zwarte peper bij curcumine?

Zwarte peper (Piper nigrum) is toegevoegd omdat het de biologische beschikbaarheid van curcumine verhoogt. Curcumine en zwarte peper worden daarom vaak gecombineerd.
