From a young age, I was always involved in entrepreneurship. It started with renting out speakers, organizing small events, and DJing at parties. I loved building something from nothing, being creative, and seeing an idea come to life.

At the same time, my passion for sports and health grew. I was always curious about how to make your body and mind function optimally. What gives you energy? How does your brain work? And how do you ensure that you’re not only fit today but also stay vital in the long term?

Entrepreneurship and health are two topics that give me a lot of energy. At GOYU, these two worlds come together perfectly.
