Here you'll find supplements and superfoods for which a claim on energy or vitality applies. For each product we show exactly which claim that is, word for word as on the product page. At GOYU we think that's more honest than big promises.
Products and their claims
Which form suits you?
If you like a fixed moment in your day, tea or powder works well. You brew yerba maté as a hot tea or as cold tereré. Maca, spirulina and Daily Greens in powder form can be stirred into a smoothie, yoghurt or your breakfast. Want to keep it simple? Choose capsules or tablets. You take them with a glass of water, no measuring and no taste.
Combining and dosage
You can use products from this collection side by side, for example capsules with breakfast and a cup of yerba maté in the morning. Do watch out for overlap: Daily Greens already contains spirulina and chlorella, and the Matcha Blend already contains maca. Yerba maté and matcha naturally contain caffeine, so it's best not to drink them late in the day. Stick to the daily dose on the pack for each product and start with one product at a time.
Everything about one ingredient? See all maca, all ashwagandha and all algae.
