Castor oil
Castor oil is 100% pure, organic, cold-pressed oil from the seeds of the castor oil plant (Ricinus communis). You use it externally, for face, hair and body. It's a cosmetic product and not a food supplement, so no health claims apply here.
Which form suits you?
Biotin is vitamin B8, a water-soluble B vitamin found naturally in foods such as eggs, nuts and pulses. Turmeric is the yellow root from the ginger family that you know from curry. Curcumin is the substance that gives turmeric its yellow colour. Biotin and turmeric are capsules you take with water. Biotin capsules contain 10,000 mcg biotin per capsule. For turmeric you choose between 600 mg organic turmeric with black pepper per capsule or an extract with 95% curcumin, also with piperine. Choose one of the two.
Combining
You can use biotin and turmeric side by side. Stick to the daily dose on the pack for each product. Castor oil is used separately, on your skin or in your hair, and is not meant to be swallowed.
