Shilajit is a resin-like material harvested from rock crevices in mountainous regions and traditionally used in Ayurveda. This shilajit comes from the Himalayas.

In this product, shilajit has been processed into an extract standardised to 50% fulvic acid, in an HPMC capsule. No fillers and no artificial additives.

Dosage & use

Recommended use: TTake 1 capsule once per day with water. Preferably during or just after a meal.
