Betere slaapkwaliteit

Helpt bij ontspanning en mijn slaap

Na veel gelezen te hebben over de voordelen van valeriaan probeerde ik het zelf maar. Met magnesium al in mijn slaap routine, was dit een mooie aanvulling. Ik merk dat ik na het nemen (een uur voor het slapen) op een fijne manier moe word en ontspannen in bed ga liggen. Mijn slaap is goed sinds ik het neem, dus ben er erg over te spreken!
