Looking for the highest fulvic acid content in one capsule a day? Take the 50% extract. Resin: a pea-sized portion once or twice a day, dissolved in warm (not boiling) water, tea or milk. Capsules 5%: 2 capsules once or twice a day. Capsules 50%: 1 capsule a day with water. Preferably take shilajit with or just after a meal. Tip for the resin: if it's stiff, let the spoon sit in warm water for a moment and it scoops more easily.
